I create a grounded, supportive space where you can slow down, tell the truth about what’s actually happening in your life, and begin to untangle the thoughts, patterns, and relationships that keep pulling you away from who you know yourself to be.
I believe in real therapy for real people. My style is direct, compassionate, and practical with warmth, precision, and a sense of humor. I will sit with you in the hard places, name what I see, challenge self-abandonment, and help you build the internal strength and boundaries needed to live with clarity and integrity.

In working with you I combine a strong behavioral and attachment-based foundation with a holistic, intuitive, and relational way of working. I integrate evidence-informed and experiential methods including Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), attachment-based approaches, and Interpersonal Neurobiology (IPNB).
