MEET DR T

My goal is to create a grounded, supportive space where you can slow down, untangle your thoughts, and reconnect with your calm center.

I believe in real therapy for real people. My approach is direct, compassionate, and practical, sprinkled with humor and tailored to your unique patterns and pace. Together we sort through the noise, explore what truly matters, and help your mind and body find balance again.

  • Helping children, teens, and adults who feel like porcupines often intense, sensetive, funny, blunt and truth telling/ honest 

        Together, we work through:

  • Anxiety, overthinking, and emotional overwhelm

  • Reactivity, anger, or irritability that feels hard to control

  • OCD traits, perfectionism, or mental loops that keep you stuck

  • ADHD and fast-moving minds that struggle to slow down and focus

  • Personality dynamics and relationship patterns that lead to burnout or disconnection

  • Life transitions, trauma, boundaries, and self-esteem challenges that make it hard to feel grounded

Mad Hatter: Am I going mad?

Alice: Yes you are mad, bonkers, off the top of your head,,, but i'll tell you a secret. All the best people are. 

  • I combine my behavioral background with a holistic person centered  nurturing and intuitive relational approach.
  • integrate evidence-based and experiential methods  including Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), attachment-based approaches, and Interpersonal Neurobiology (IPNB). These frameworks help you regulate your nervous system, make sense of emotions, and strengthen self-understanding.

  • I respect individual perspectives and don’t push an agenda. My focus is on helping you connect to what genuinely matters  building self-trust, emotional clarity, and resilience from the inside out.
